The upshot of all of this hoo-hah    (The Orchidometer Crisis)
- for let's not beat about the bush here  .. when dealing with testicle devices, there is always an upshot  - 
 . .   the upshot of all of this  is, in itself, containing of its own downshot.
And the downside here is that the welter of newly-designed , hotoffthepress  orchidometers,
all awaiting dispatch to testicle departments the world over,  to replace all the old ones that just happen
to have 'disappeared', and thereby saving all of of our blushes  . ... 
.. all of these life-saving orchidometers  to be sent out  . .  ..    fail to materialise !     !
There has been  by all accounts    an administrative balls-up,   a cockup on the cojones front, let's say,
of instrumental proportions.
In medical circles, it is as if  ThirdWeldWar  has broken out;  the mother of all nightMares.
