 (2) Scientists make flies legislate *
         ( * Should have been  ...   levitate.
            Doc misheard.)

Doc troubled.
Flies' legislation more hit and miss, all shit and piss.
They don't bear the same sense of decency,
or reasoned responsibility, as CentralGovernment,
essentially.   Speaking medically.
They don't.

A fly levitates above the glass.
